David is a Licensed Social Worker who earned his master’s degree in social work from Temple University and is currently enrolled in a post-graduate certificate program in marriage and family counseling. David has three decades of social work experience with diverse individuals, groups, and communities.

David works with couples and individuals facing a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, marriage, parenting issues, mid-life and career struggles, men’s issues, spirituality, grieving and loss. He helps clients focus on self-acceptance and forgiveness, to identify and articulate emotions and needs to their partners more effectively, to better understand the impact of their family history and social context.

David draws on attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and family systems theory to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves and make the changes they seek. David’s varied professional and life experiences inform his work as a multifaceted and versatile therapist. He approaches therapy with a spirit of humility, curiosity, and collaboration.
