Ava received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University and her Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Children and Adolescence, from Chestnut Hill College. She is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania.

Ava views therapy as a collaborative space for reflection, growth, and connection. She works to create a setting where clients can speak openly and feel understood. With a focus on understanding emotions, addressing symptoms, and building new skills to help life feel more manageable, she uses a client-centered approach and draws from therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.

Ava strives to foster a warm, trusting space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. She works with children, teens, adults, and families to strengthen coping skills, navigate emotions, and build meaningful connections.
